AST Airtime’s zap email services are now available via a direct connection to the Iridium gateway(RUDICS). New and existing subscribers to zap email can access this service at the cheaper rate of $ 1.30 US per minute

Make sure your SIM is activated!

To ensure that your AST Iridium SIM card is activated for the new service please email customerservice@ast-uk.com entering RUDICS as the subject heading and quoting your Iridium SIM serial number and Iridium Mobile Telephone number.

Ensure that your zap email settings are correct!

Customers using zap email on the Iridium platform will need to change some simple settings in their software package “Mobile Communicator “in order to take advantage of the new cheaper tariff. (Click here for instructions)

Can be used with all Iridium SIM Cards including Crew Calling and Standard Post paid.
